The staff here is awesome. Super friendly gentleman saw that I had a stroller and he opened the door for me. The buffet looked super nice when you walk in and the restaurant smelled delicious but, the place really needs a good cleaning. The seats have tears and rips in the cushions that my kids started to pick at before I told them to stop. The light switches leading into the back are brown from all the dirt. I thought that the little window on the door was tinted opaque but it was the amount of grime on there that made it seem that way. They were playing their typical cultural music, which I love but what I was missing was their beautiful artwork on the walls. I feel like at one time this restaurant was on and popping but that now they have lost their fire. I do have some positive notes! The grill guy was really quick when making the food. The sushi was nice but it would have been better if someone was there to make a special roll. I was fully prepared to tip them too. My boys tore up the pizza, chicken, and ice cream so I'm assuming those were awesome. All this place needs is a good amount of scrubbing and some love put back into it.

I was not impressed with this buffet. The food was bland and limited with choices. I won't return

Buffet schmuffet. We went to Chens Buffet for late lunch $6.99. I was pretty happy to see that the restaurant was still busy when I first came in 1:30pm food was plenty warm and service areas were wiped down. The hostess was very nice and welcoming. In fact all of the staff were attentive and friendly. The mens washroom was very clean. I'm not much of an expert for Chinese food so I really depend on the little tag to know what I want to try. 70-80% of the items were labeled. The salads were fresh. On this day. "Me so hongry!" I was excited to go get my food bag on, with a good appetite. But I was not too impressed with the food as there were more misses than hits. The seafood choices baked salmon? White fish, only two choices for mussels fried shrimp was 75% greasy breading. Not very appetizing. The chicken for general Tso was good and pepper steak was tender with good flavor. No fried fish? The sushi chef was a nice touch with a good selection. The chinese pizza and crinkle fries looked limp and sad. The fried chicken was very hard and not very moist at all. Service 4 Atmosphere / ambiance 4 Food 2 Value 3 After eating here I would have to say meh. I have had far better buffets in the past but the staff and service here was great. The food quality could use a bit of work.

Went for lunch buffet. Good Chinese buffet with very nice service that kept my water full and smiled the whole time. When you go to a buffet like this, I fell like you know what you want, which is a lot of decent food for a little price. This is exactly what I got here. The sushi was good for a buffet, can't expect too much from sushi for a $6.99 buffet so don't expect any sashimi. The salmon was actually very flavorful. The food overall was good. Will definitely go back. Great deal.

I I went today, it was pretty expensive it was 14$ (for a buffet) and today is a Sunday, the food was good I had a lot of vegetarian options and the service too (they only got us drinks and never came back to ask if we wanted water) , until I got my check and the guy wouldn't go away he kept checking if we were done and it was rude and we had only been there for about 20 mins (we did not ask for the check either we were just talking and eating it felt rushed) and then they kept speaking Chinese which made me uncomfortable cause I felt like they were saying bad things (she was taking our plaits and talking so it was directed to us who do not speak Chinese) and when we paid and left the lady there took the money rudely we said thank you and she didn't even look at us just stood there to clean the table when we left. Food was good but service really wasn't nice.

Been here plenty of times since we moved down to Naples FL, the decor and condition of the place is nothing to brag about. However for the price the food is pretty decent and fresh. They also have a create it your own noodle area where you pick the noodles and meats and veggies and the chef will cook it for you right there - big fan. You can come here for lunch - take out or sit in; they have hot food, salads and desert. It's definitely worth it for the price just doesn't pay too much attention to the decor.

I'm not a big fan of Chinese Buffet's in general, but this is one of the best I have been too. They have a huge selection. Its very clean inside. Everything looked fresh. They were quick to pick up old plates and get me drink refills. If your in the mood I would say go for it.

Food was good and the variety was there for lovers of chinese food. They did have crab legs the night I was there and they were very tasty. Service was good and they did keep all the dishes full even though we were there right before closing. I would say if you have a taste for Chinese food and like variety this is the place to go in my search of the Naples area for good Chinese food.

I would not go back. Much of the food was barely edible. If you like Chinese food this is not the place to go

If you are into this kind of stuffing your face with average variety, you will like it here. This is directly off 41, self standing typical chinese buffet. Clean, efficient. What can I say? Good for spreading more American chinese/sushi eats, not much for others in search of something authentic and unique. Disappointed in only 2 dim sum items and the price for dinner was high for its value... $12 on weekends and holidays, includes Fridays. Go for lunch, it is around $7. The extra star is for buffet lovers.

Our family went for lunch and arrived at 3:30. Lunch was over at 4. At 4:30 my husband wanted to get a slice of watermelon and was told by a staff member that it was dinner time and couldn't get it. My son ate watermelon for lunch so it wasn't a dinner item. My husband tried to explain to them and they became soooo rude. Our waitress didn't speak English, so we are definitely not going back!!!! Don't waste your money!!!!

From the perspective of take out, this wasn't the worst Chinese food I've had but this certainly wasn't the best. Seems like its the only local game in town right now though.

Good typical Chinese buffet plus is inexpensive. Best Chinese buffet in Lee county. Hard to find good Chinese food in SWFL.

While I'm not a really big fan of Chinese Buffets, I'll have to admit Chen's was a pleasant surprise. There was a great variety of items all hot or cold as intended and very tasty not all of the items on the Buffet were Chinese there's pizza and burgers and several other things to eat.. There's a stir Fry chef to make anything you request. It was one of the best Chinese Buffets I've visited. I thought the Eggrolls and crablegs were really special. I didn't regret being outvoted and forced into Chen"s Would I go back? It was a great experience the food was good and the staff took excellent care of us and it was the cleanest restroom I've seen in a long time. Yes I'd go back

We have been here three times now and we are very pleased with the food and the service. The seafood selection is very nice, from steamed clams and shrimp cocktail, to steamed crawfish and crab legs. Like many have said, it is difficult to get to the crab legs. They certainly do not bring enough out, but the last time we were there we asked our server if they could bring more out. When they did we tried to get there but two men took them all. Our server saw that and brought a heaping plate out just for us. We thought that was very nice. The sushi is good and the hibachi grill is as well. Best of all, we've never been rushed or brought our check before we were finished eating, which is known to happen at these types of places. Keeping in mind that this is a buffet and everything can't be perfect, we have had far more expensive meals and been less impressed.

We took a five adult family group here on Thursday night. The staff was very friendly, and everyone seemed happy with the food except my husband. The next day he told me he had seen a cockroach in the ice cream dishes. I thought he should have told staff immediately, but I now he never would. I know it happens, but it is off putting.

Food is just okay. Atmosphere is kin to a hospital cafateria. Bright lights and no attempt to create a cozy place to dine.

Decent place for chinese buffet. Some of their food is bland. Crab legs on the weekends are ok if you're lucky enough to grab some. They do not replenish it fast enough. Best thing they have is the grill where you pick your own items and they cook it right in front of you. Lots of variety for the money and the service is always good.

I am always cautious about a buffet and the selection of food. Sometimes they try to overrun with other Non-Chinese food items. This was a nice selection of seafood, meat and chicken items. I was also pleased with the Sushi and the grill where you can request your own stir fry!! The food was fresh and the selection was changed frequently. I will go again!

Good service but the food was such that I would rather not return not because it was bad, just not good enough for me to go back. I did enjoy the salmon though.

Really enjoyed this place. Very nice selection and food wasn't totally MSGed out. Sushi was good. Will try the hibachi next for sure. Food was fresh and the restaurant was very clean, which alot of chinese buffets aren't!!! Nice waitresses too!!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
